About Bollards

Crash Rated Bollards in Oman are used by government agencies and private businesses to protect spaces, buildings, and the people in them from hostile vehicle ramming attacks. It consists of a cylindrical steel post anchored to concrete, cored into a hard surface, buried in the ground to protect the surrounding foundations when a bollard is struck. Crash Rated Bollards provide an ultimate protection through vehicle attacks or accidental crashings to critical infrastructure meeting ASTM F2656-07 M50 P1 requirement and complaint to ASTM & BS Standards.

Hydraulic Bollards

Static Bollards

Hydraulic Bollards: A-1 Fence Oman’s Hydraulic Bollards in Oman is designed especially for high security vehicle entrances and for a location that has to be closed for motorized traffic at specific times. The drive unit is hydraulic, but in case of power failure bollards can be lowered or lifted manually with the help of manual hand pumps. With the help of PLC controlled electronics, raise/lower function can be achieved by every kind of card reader, biometric readers like fingerprint or hand shape, radio control, on/off key switch etc.

Static Bollards: The A-1 Static Bollards in Oman are a fixed-bollard system available in a variety of configurations, including single bollard, banks of 2, 3, 4, and more. The Static Bollards bollard line features crash-tested and engineer-rated designs.
